Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

 

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied. It extends exclusively to the original purchaser of the product (the Customer); the term of this warranty begins on the date of installation. The Seller warrants that, for as long as the customer owns the vehicle, the spray-on bedliner described in this limited warranty is free from defects in materials and workmanship, as well as deterioration of surface to which the product has been applied. The Seller is not liable for:

​

• Damage resulting from abnormal use, abuse, neglect or accident.

• In any case where the spray on bedliner has been repaired or modified by anyone other than an authorized repair center;

• Corrosion resulting from exposure of uncoated surfaces to substances such as acids, salt, water, organic material(s), or known or unknown corrosives.

The Consumer is entitled to repair or replacement cost as stated below, excluding any time that the Customer may lose, or any inconvenience that might have been caused for the loss of the Customer’s transportation, or for any other incidental or consequential damages the Customer may have.

The Seller will examine the product to determine if there is a defect in either material or workmanship and provide a notice with the result of the claim. In the event of a defect, or other failure of the product not caused by any misuse or damage to the product while in the possession of the Customer, the Seller will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the Customer, within 90 days. The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the product, as the Seller deems fit.

To open a claim under this warranty, the Customer:

- Should contact Pro Bedliners at 508 827-9488 or probedliners@gmail.com; 

- Must keep the proof of purchase.
